About The Producer
Small and family-owned, Handley Cellars is situated in the idyllic Mendocino County, on 59 acres of the original Guntly Ranch. Milla Handley was the estate’s founding winemaker in 1982, pursuing a focus on fruit-forward, elegant wines that reflected the terroir and climate in the area in which they were grown. Since then, Randy Schock (of past stints at Fieldstone, Navarro Vineyards, and Philo Ridge Winery) has taken on the winemaker role, continuing in Milla’s footsteps to craft certified organic wines reflective of the geographic surroundings.
